My father served in the Indian Army, instilling in me a deep sense of discipline and responsibility, while my mother, my first teacher taught at a local school and shaped my early understanding of compassion, learning, and patience.
Everything I’ve learned along the way from waiting tables to managing international projects has shaped who I am and how I work with business owners today. Each role added a layer to my journey, making my approach not just strategic but deeply human.

I didn’t build my expertise in a classroom.
I built it in boardrooms, factory floors, site offices, and across negotiation tables.
I Held Roles in:
I eventually became General Manager, then Vice President, leading full-scale business operations, including production, people, revenue, and profitability.
One of my proudest moments?
Turning around a struggling unit into a thriving, profitable business — not just on paper, but on the ground, with real teams and real change.
Then Something Shifted.
After years of leading inside corporate systems, I realized something.
My real strength wasn’t in reports. It was in relationships.
It wasn’t just about running the business it was about helping lives grow through it.
In 2022, I chose to step into consulting and coaching.
Not because I wanted to leave the game, but because I wanted to play a more meaningful role in it.

I divide my time between Delhi and Dubai with my wife Deepika and our two wonderful children. I cherish solo travels for self-discovery and value family outings that nourish our bond. Rooted in community spirit, I also facilitate group meditation sessions, sharing the transformative power of mindfulness and inner stillness
